Complete inspection and upgrade
to all systems, including engine, transmission, driveline,
suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC. All hoses, lines,
connectors, and fittings will be reviewed and upgraded as
necessary. Upgraded with front ballast and new tires. All seals,
trim and access panels were installed. A 12volt electric fan was
installed in the right rear engine grille to aid in removing
heat from the engine area.
Lighting includes a 20-watt
halogen spotlights in ceiling. All lighting is arranged and
controlled in zones, with dimmers and on-off switches. (6) rear
dinette, (6) salon, (3) aft of bar, and (2) under overhead above
bar counter. Automatic entry lights at lower cam and side door
panels, and at rear hatch.
The center of the cabin area
features a moon roof.
Includes an Onan 6.5 kW generator. A 1000 watt inverter / charger with a 4D house battery for
auxiliary power. 110 volt and 12 volt outlets will be located in
the cabin area
Audio-Visual components include
LCD monitor, VCR/DVD, stereo head and speakers and fax/copier.
Also, customer to supply in-dash radio head, with flip-up screen
(for use as back up monitor, as well as other functions). CMI to
install cab speakers. Cab and salon A/V systems. A 13,500 btu
rooftop air conditioner. Exterior shroud to be painted to match
vehicle.

Floor covering is a premium
grade carpet.At the extreme rear of the cabin, behind the
dinette and over the engine bay, there will be cabinetry
built to house the dual rear air-conditioning / heat units,
with intake vents for recirculation. In the salon, the
upper soffits will house (4) speakers (with wires run to
specified open cabinet for customer-supplied A/V components,
and hidden indirect lighting fixtures.

There is a luggage separator
panel mounted on the ceiling, hinged to swing down into
position for closing off the rear cargo / engine area from
the cabin. The partition will be motorized. The back side is
carpeted. A removable top pad / cushion is provided, made of
2” high density foam, upholstered on bottom and sides, and
carpet on top surface for luggage. The windows will be
tinted and have motorized day-night shades. |

Fours seats are
mounted on sliding-swivel power bases. Seats include a cup
holder / ashtray fixtures. There is a cabinet on the passenger
side, between the seat and the side door, incorporating a cup
holder, ashtray, magazine rack, and a kitchen-size wastebasket. |

A full height and full
width cabinet provides tons of storage .Cabinet includes a
motorized partition, with mirrored rear surface and upholstered
front surface. There is a coat closet, in-counter, and overhead
storage cabinets, and a center open cabinet. Separate
refrigerator and freezer units are recessed into the front,
below the countertop, with drawers on each. A sink, with water
tank, and faucet will be installed in a granite countertop.
Cabinet incorporates a toe-kick area with hidden indirect rope
lighting.

Two Wieland seats installed,
on 6-way power bases. Seats upholstered in perforated black
leather. A center console houses radio and also features cup
holders and a cigarette lighters. A pull-down shade across
the windshield for use when vehicle is parked. An intercom
system from cab to main cabin. Rear-view back up camera with
in-dash flip-up radio head as the monitor screen. An
anti-theft security alarm system. Tinted side windows and
upper portion of the windshield.

At the rear
of the cabin is a dinette, with two couches facing center,
and a pullout table, that recesses fully into rear bulkhead.
Table has a folding leg. The seats will fold into a bed.
Hidden indirect rope lighting to highlight step. Cup holders
and ashtrays to be incorporated into the area. There will be
a curtain to pull across front of dinette area, and a 1”
memory foam top pad to lay across dinette in bed mode (pad
to roll-up for storage. |
