40 foot Country Coach bus conversion with $60,000 interior upgrade and major mechanical inspection by Creative Mobile Interiors in 2005.

Unique forward cabin configuration with air-ride driver’s seat (repositioned with extra leg room in 2005), buddy chair recliner and three other reclining passenger chairs (one with full electric controls, one with a power foot rest and the third with manual controls) all by  flexsteel and new in 2005. (Extra flex steel chair available for parts at n/c). New forward carpeting and wall surfaces in 2005.

Features fully appointed galley and a spacious bathroom with shower. Neutral decor. Third recliner can face forward or rotate to face unique desk area with cabinet and built in twin drawer files. Comfortable seating for 5 adults in forward cabin area. (Seating for 7 in bus, 8 with child and adult in buddy seat)

Unique interior layout features private bedroom toilet and a second toilet (with a macerator pump) in it’s own separate room that includes a second shower and sink (doubles as an optional second closet). Microflor toilet in master suite.  Second toilet with macerator pump

Two chairs configured with a forward dinette table that lowers to form a third bed. Chairs can face each other or both can face forward. Queen island bed with storage and safe and six pull out drawers. Unique child’s bunk located in master bedroom can double as full width third closet.  New bedroom carpeting in 2007.

Maintenance
 Additional upgrades by CMI in 2007 for $11,000;  Detroit Diesel serviced in 2005 and 2006. Just back from 15-month, 25,000-mile road trip; Any repairs or problems found have been repaired or updated and coach has been inspected by Creative Mobile Interiors, Prevost, Detroit Diesel and Country Coach in 2005 and 2006;  Prevost over the road air conditioning and driver heat with new compressor and hoses in 2005;    Three cruiseair chassis mounted a/c units two with new compressors in 2005, third rebuilt as per requirements in 2005;  Full a/c inspection by CMI 7/07;  Webasto diesel furnace with complete maintenance 200,  6 of 8 tires new radial tires in 2006;  -Michelins-Front tires with extra high weight capacity;  204,000 total coach miles. Never used as a commercial vehicle. Engine passed inspection by Detroit Diesel 7/07 with no significant problems and described as “in condition much better than average for mileage”.   Radiator/complete coolant system flush in 2006;   Oil Changed 7/07; Transmission inspection by Prevost in 2005;  Entire coach cleaned 2007; New driver’s windshield 2005;
